Friends, our first pledge in Merpati Putih Australia is "uphold the dignity of civilized and cultured humanity". On Monday, 21 November 2022, a magnitude-5.6 earthquake in Indonesia's West Java province killed at least 162 people, many children, and hundreds more injured.

At a difficult time like this, I hope your willingness to donate as much money as possible for the Indonesian people, helping those left most vulnerable who hang their lives from daily, weekly or monthly income. Even $5, $10 or whatever amount you can support will be significant support. It is not only about money, but sharing is a valuable relief.
